MaintenanceYour property will be taken care of by maintenance people with many years of experience in painting, plumbing, carpentry, dry rot repair and linoleum installation. Maintenance rates are $40.00 per man hour. Although we will try to handle most repair problems in-house, occasionally we will need to call a subcontractor. In those instances you will be charged their professional rate. When your tenant vacates, we will discuss with you the scope of work, and will get your permission before any work is started. Our goal is to have most units ready to rent within 7 days of move-out.
