Collection of Rents and deposits

• Sundance Property Management, Inc. will collect all rents from tenants and deposit them in a non interest bearing Client Trust Account. Security deposits are held in a non interest bearing account and will be collected at or before a tenant moves in. Accounts are insured up to $250,000

• Rents are promptly deposited upon receipt, with the exception of Sundays and holidays.

• We will send you a detailed monthly report that shows rents received and expenses paid for the previous month.

• We review the status of all accounts on the 8th of each month and send out 72 hour notices to delinquent tenants. The FED (eviction) process will begin if rents are not recieved by the 15th of each month. We make every effort to collect from the tenant.
